An apparatus for manufacturing optical cable net in the shape of grid is provided to maintain the uniformity of shape of grid and to enhance the work efficiency, by comprising: a plurality of side hanging jigs that provide a working surface extended from side to side and lengthwise and are placed along the direction of an optical cable net on both sides with an interval; a pair of clip mounting jig wherein a pair of fixing clips are mounted respectively to face each other along the lengthwise direction; an optical cable net manufacturing worktable wherein a number of unit work jig sets made of a pair of loop forming jig and in parallel to the clip mounting jig are arranged along the lengthwise direction on the working surface; an optical cable supply bobbin that supplies optical cable materials to the optical cable net manufacturing worktable; an optical cable net winding bobbin installed to be able to rotate toward the axis parallel to the optical cable net manufacturing worktable and receiving and winding the optical cable net provided from the optical cable net manufacturing worktable; a drive motor; a motor drive unit that conveys the rotatory power of the drive motor to the optical cable net winding bobbin; a drive button; and a winding bobbin drive unit having a control unit that drives and controls the drive motor on the basis of an input signal of the drive button.
