A system for stabilizing a fuel cell and using heat according to the present invention uses heat of high temperature cooling water obtained from a fuel cell in heating a building or supplying hot water in winter and uses heat of the high temperature cooling water in preventing dew in summer or when a heating load is low, thereby contributing to the optimization of energy efficiency. Moreover, when the temperature of cooling water fed into a fuel cell is too low, cooling water obtained from a cooling water heat exchanging unit is mixed with cooling water obtained from a fuel cell to be provided to the fuel cell, and the temperature of the cooling water fed into the fuel cell may be adjusted to be involved in a set range, thereby contributing to the stabilization of a stack temperature. |
