The present invention relates to an advertising method using a printer and advertising platform using a printer. In greater detail, the present invention relates to an advertising method using a printer and advertising platform using a printer that use a virtual printer driver, minimize the deformation of the original document by choice of the user, and include the advertisement of the areas the users need in the printed materials. The advertising method using a printer comprises: a step of installing a virtual printer driver to install a virtual printer driver with a built-in advertisement inserting program in a computer of a user; a step of selecting printing to select the document that the user will print and give a printing command; a step of inserting advertisement to let the virtual printer driver work by the printing command of the user and to insert an advertisement on the empty edges of the document to be printed that is previously set by the selection of the user; and a step of printing the document to print the document with an inserted advertisement at the printer. |
