The present invention relates to a lifesaving lamp capable of saving a life and securing safety in rough topography such as sea, mountains, and rivers. The lifesaving lamp of a jacket having a communication function comprises: a frame (100); an LED lamp (210) formed on the front one side surface of the frame (100); a circuit board (200) mounted on the internal side surface of the frame (100); a manual control switch (250) mounted at one side of the lower end surface of the LED lamp (210); a manual lighting-on switch (211) formed to correspond to the manual control switch (250); a moisture detecting sensor (220) formed at the lower ends of the manual lighting-on switch (211) and the manual control switch (250) to detect penetration of moisture; and a dimming detecting sensor (230) formed on the surface corresponding to the moisture detecting sensor (220). The lifesaving lamp of a jacket having a communication function further comprises: a GPS sensor (201) which is located at the upper end of the circuit board (200); and a transmitting unit (202) which is formed on the surface corresponding to the GPS sensor (201). Therefore, the lifesaving lamp of a jacket having a communication function enables a machine as well as a user to determine an emergency in an area adjacent to the sea, thereby operating the device if necessary and being movable for a relatively long time due to no use of firm power by normally turning off the device.
