<p>A lens and frame assembly for eyewear that include at least a lens 100 having an edge with a latch 110 and a frame with an upper 231 and lower 232 body that has an embedding slot 220 for the lens, with at least an inserting hole 210 for the tab to fasten the lens. The notches 210 for the securing pins 110 are preferably oriented in the plane of the lens mounting area 400 and may or may not pass through the frame, where they do pass through, a filler may be used to level the outer end of the hole to the surface of the frame. The upper 231 and lower 232 bodies may be integrally formed or detachably connected to each other, either entirely or at the two side edges, with a coupling member locks the two side edges or the central portion (where completely detachable) of the top 231 and bottom 232 sections of the frame.</p> |
