PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To approximate an actual frequency-gain characteristic of an equalizer to a characteristic set by a user.SOLUTION: When gains set by a user for a plurality of respective bands are input, if there is a band that is not set to the same gain as adjacent bands (Step S10: NO), a filter corresponding to the band is set as a peaking filter (Step S11), and if there is a band group of adjacent bands set to the same gain (Step S10: YES), filters corresponding to the bands at both ends of the band group are set as shelving filters (Step S12) and filters corresponding to the bands between both ends of the band group are set as filters having a flat characteristic (Step S14). |
