<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining apparatus in which a laser head can be easily exchanged without requiring a complicated readjustment operation. <P>SOLUTION: The laser beam machining apparatus includes: a laser emitting unit 12 provided with a laser generating means 16 of generating a laser beam L; a laser head 14 provided with galvano scanners 39, 40 for emitting the laser beam L outputted from the laser emitting unit 12 to a workpiece W; and an optical fiber cable 17 for transmitting the laser beam L from the laser emitting unit 12 to the laser head 14. In the laser beam machining apparatus, the optical fiber cable 17 is provided with a head connector 13 attached detachably on the laser head 14, the head connector 13 is provided with a beam expander, and the beam expander is provided with: a diffusion lens 18 for diffusing the laser beam emitted from the optical fiber cable 17; and a convergent lens 23 for making the laser beam emitted from the diffusion lens converge as a parallel beam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
