<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables manufacture of a flat plate-like rubber material which has wholly uniform thickness, the surface of which has few irregularities and scratches, and which has physical properties suitable for a track pad. <P>SOLUTION: A rubber compound containing a foaming agent and a vulcanizing agent is prepared; the rubber compound is rolled like a sheet to be formed into a rectangular rubber material; the plurality of rectangular rubber materials are stacked and pressure-bonded to be formed into a plate-like rubber material; and the plate-like rubber material is sequentially heated by first and second molds, foamed and vulcanized. The volume of the plate-like rubber material taken out of the first mold and put into the second mold is set equal to/greater than 90% of the volume of a molding void of the second mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
