<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for manufacturing a pulley shaft with a parking gear capable of reducing cost of a die while maintaining good productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A rod-like raw material is made by cutting a rod (ST01). The rod-like raw material is machined by a hot forging machine to form the pulley shaft including a parking gear part (ST02: a hot forging process). The obtained hot-forged product is conveyed to a rotation positioning mechanism (ST03). The hot-forged product is corrected to be directed to a predetermined direction (ST04). The positioned hot-forged product is conveyed carefully by a loader to a cold forging machine (ST05). The cold forging machine finishes the parking gear part (ST06: a cold forging process). Only the hot forging process and the cold forging process are needed as forging processes. Machining is unnecessary. Accordingly, the technique can reduce cost of the die while maintaining good productivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
