<p>A height adjustment device for furniture is provided to combine a fixing member fixed at the bottom of furniture and a rotating member placed on the indoor floor by a screw fastening method, to minutely adjust the height of furniture, to prevent screw units from being loosened by allowing a part of a male screw unit formed on the outer circumference surface of the fixing member to be suppressed toward a female screw unit formed on the inner circumference surface of the rotating member, and to cause no change in the height as the screws are not randomly loosened even if an impact is given to the furniture or an external force is given to the rotating member when the furniture is transported or moved, by comprising: a cylindrical fixing member at the bottom of the furniture; a cylindrical rotating member on the indoor floor; a male screw unit formed on the outer circumference surface of the fixing member; a female screw unit on the inner circumference surface of the rotating member that is fastened to the male screw unit for the rotating member to be fastened to the fixing member to adjust the height; a screw piece placed on both sides on the outer circumference surface of the fixing member that incises a part of the male screw unit to make it break to the outer circumference surface; and an elastic unit placed inside the fixing member that gives pressure to the each screw piece toward the female screw unit of the rotating member to prevent being loosened.</p> |
