The member (34) has a base (36) extending in a transverse vertical plane and including a fixing unit for fixing the mounting member on an insulating support of an isolation switch. A cross-piece (40) for fixing a contact on the mounting member extends transversely, where the cross-piece is located vertically spaced from the base. The base and the cross-piece are formed integrally by aluminum molding. An anti-deflector includes a ring that is formed integrally with the base and the cross-piece. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for fixing a contact of an isolation switch in a medium-voltage current distribution cell.
