The present invention relates to a catheter for preventing urethral stricture. More specifically, a stricture preventing membrane is produced by repeatedly injecting a lubricant into a mucous layer of the urethra through a lubricant injecting pipe, so that stimulation or damage applied to the mucous layer can be suppressed when a urine discharging pipe is inserted or removed. Accordingly, the occurrence of urethral stricture can be prevented. In particular, the stricture preventing membrane can be intensively produced at a position of the bulbourethral or membranous urethra in the male urethral part which is frequently affected by urethral stricture through a discharging hole. The catheter for preventing urethral stricture according to the present invention comprises a urine discharging pipe; an air injecting pipe disposed in the outside of the urine discharging pipe; and a stricture preventing member disposed in the outside of the air injecting pipe and forming a stricture preventing membrane to suppress stimulation on the mucous layer when the urine discharging pipe or air injecting pipe is inserted in or removed from the urethra, so that the occurrence of urethral stricture on the urethra can be prevented.
