<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a candesartan cilexetil containing tablet wherein not only decomposition of the candesartan cilexetil in the candesartan cilexetil containing tablet is suppressed and stabilized, but also an excessive absorption of the candesartan cilexetil is suppressed and consequently the side effect associated with an abrupt blood pressure reduction is suppressed and improved suffering of a patient. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides the candesartan cilexetil containing tablet containing the candesartan cilexetil and a stearic acid, and a method for producing a candesartan cilexetil by compounding the candesartan cilexetil with the stearic acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
