<p>The present invention relates to a meat roaster having a far-infrared radiation function, the roaster comprising a case the upper part of which is open and mounted with a grill; a burner installed inside the case; a stove made from a mixture of germanium, red clay, charcoal and white clay capable of emitting far-infrared radiation and installed inside the case and having a heating chamber inside so as to be heated by the burner and to heat the grill mounted on the case; a stove cover installed so as to surround the periphery of the stove and preventing the stove heat from being released to outside; and a drip pan installed in the inner circumference side of the burner, thus making it possible to cook meat evenly inside and outside of the meat with indirect heat without flame, and to suppress the generation of carcinogenic substances, thereby not undermining the heath of meat eaters, and also making it possible to cook meat in a short time even with indirect heat due to the apertures of the stove wherein the meat tastes soft and good with far-infrared rays generated from the stove at the time of cooking the meat and it is possible to remove various components harmful to a human body, further making it possible to maintain a uniform temperature formed throughout the heating chamber by stirring the heating chamber provided inside the stove by having a stirring means so as to cook the meat evenly regardless of the location of the meat on the grill, and even further making it possible to discharge, to the outside of the heating chamber, an oil dripping to the drip pan provided in the low part of the heating chamber by equipping with the drip pan so as to prevent the oil from burning with the heat of the heating chamber, thereby preventing the generation of carcinogen substances and not harming the health of a person eating meat by grilling.</p> |
