<p>An apparatus for coating is provided to perform slit coating for a coating film to be formed only on one side of the materials to be coated in the shape of a panel and for a coating film not to be formed on the other side, to perform the surface treatment, coating solution spraying, and hardening continuously with the materials to be coated attached to an attaching film, to greatly reduce the process time, and to form a coating film with an excellent quality to be formed only on one side of the materials to be coated, by comprising: a film transfer unit that continuously transfers an attaching film from one side to the other side; a material loading unit that loads on the top side of the attaching film for the coating side of the materials to be coated to head for the top side and for the other side to be entirely attached to the attaching film at the end of one side of the film transfer unit; a plasma treatment unit installed to be close to the material loading unit and performs the surface treatment of the coating side of the materials to be coated that horizontally moves by being attached to the attaching film with plasma; a coating solution spray unit installed to be close to the plasma treatment unit that sprays coating solution to the coating side of the materials to be coated that horizontally moves by the attaching film with the surface of the coating side treated; a heating hardening unit installed to be close to the coating solution spray unit that gives heat to the materials to be coated that horizontally moves by being attached to the attaching film and hardens the coating solution sprayed on the coating side of the materials to be coated; and a material unloading unit installed to be close to the heating hardening unit that unloads the materials to be coated attached to the attaching film.</p> |
