<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device capable of giving an operation guidance by sound to a customer with a preventive means against operation mistake to be made by the customer. <P>SOLUTION: A cash automatic teller machine 1 has a display part 5 for displaying transaction items on a screen, an operation reception part 4 for receiving a transaction operation conducted by the customer based on a transaction item, a sound signal generation part 15 for generating a sound signal according to the operation received by the operation reception part 4 and a bone conduction speaker 16 for performing sound transmission by finger conduction or by bone conduction through converting the sound signal to mechanical vibrations. The machine also has a numeric data generation part 14 for generating numeric data where information of digits is added. Thus, the machine transmits the bone conducted sound including information of digits added to the customer, and generates a sound signal based on history information of pre-registered transfer destinations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
