<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shopping advertisement registration system and method, wherein an advertising effect is improved by connecting a shopping mall advertiser and a user. <P>SOLUTION: The shopping advertisement registration system and method are disclosed. The shopping advertisement registration system may sell, to the shopping mall advertiser, an issue right being the right to issue a shopping cast including a link related to selling articles of the shopping mall advertiser. The shopping advertisement registration system may sell, to the advertiser, a display right being the right to display the shopping cast.
