<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for correcting the adhesion position of a sprayed material for a spraying device spraying a material to be sprayed to a target member, promptly and accurately despite the competence of workers or the difference in programs for operating the spraying device. <P>SOLUTION: The method for correcting an adhesion position for the spraying device includes: a step of moving one of a target plate and a thermal spraying gun 12 relative to the other to face each other; a step of spraying the material to be sprayed from the thermal spraying gun 12 toward a target position 22; a step of measuring an amount of spray center deflection between a sprayed material adhesion position 23 and the target position 22; a step of calculating, based on the spray center deflection amount and a separation distance, an angular correction amount θ for the thermal spraying gun 12 so that the material to be sprayed can be sprayed perpendicularly to the target plate; and a step of changing a relative position between the spraying gun 12 and the target plate by the amount of angular correction amount θ and the spray center deflection amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
