<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether or not values of a plurality of registers are matched during register read of a CPU. <P>SOLUTION: A comparative determination section 40 performs a comparison about whether or not all test data held in registers 21-2n are matched and outputs a comparison result as a full comparison result I. The comparative determination section 40 performs a comparison about whether or not a value of any one of the registers 21-2n selected by a data selection section 30 is matched with each of the values of the registers 21-2n and outputs a comparison result as individual comparison results J to M.
