<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator such that the number of components is reduced to achieve low cost, a whirl-stop mechanism is simplified, and the detection accuracy of a sensor is enhanced to improve reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In an electric actuator, a guide member 14 having an approximately U-shaped cross-section and having a concave groove 14a extending in an axial direction facing a drive shaft 7 is mounted on the inner wall of a side cover 13. A whirl-stop pin 9 which is implanted into the outer diameter of a screw shaft 15 is engaged with the guide member 14. The screw shaft 15 is supported so as to be incapable of rotating but movable in the axial direction against a housing 2a. A sensor pin 21 is rotatably inserted to the housing 2a. A magnet 23 is attached at the end of the sensor pin 21 so as to face a sensor 24. A sensor link 20 is attached to the sensor pin 21. An extension coil spring 26 is suspended between the sensor link 20 and locking parts 20a and 20b that protrude from the housing 2a. A preload is given so that the sensor link 20 abuts the whirl-stop pin 9 with a predetermined pressing force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
