<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion system in which thermal conductivity between a thermoelectric conversion module and a heat source is enhanced by improving adhesion between the thermoelectric conversion module and the heat source. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the thermoelectric conversion system is characterized in that a porous metal member having a porosity of 30-90% is sandwiched between the thermoelectric conversion module, which is provided with a thermoelectric conversion element and an electrode, and the heat source and is plastically deformed by pressurization, thereby bringing the thermoelectric conversion module and the heat source into close contact with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
