<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive particles capable of maintaining resistance between electrodes to be connected at a satisfactory value for a sufficiently long period, capable of achieving excellent connection reliability by sufficiently suppressing an occurrence of migration, and available at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive particle comprises: a nickel particle; a nickel layer formed by electroless plating which covers a surface of the nickel particle; and a palladium layer which covers an outer surface of the nickel layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
