Provided are a multi-layered ceramic capacitor and a board for mounting the same, which comprises a ceramic body including a dielectric layer; a first and second internal electrode arranged in the ceramic body to face each other on both sides of the dielectric layer; and a first and second external electrode formed to cover both cross sections of the ceramic body, wherein the ceramic body includes an active layer, which is a capacity formation part, and a cover layer, which is a capacity non-formation part, formed on at least one side among the upper and lower surface of the active layer. The cover layer includes at least one buffer layer inside, and if the thickness of the cover layer is tc, and thickness of the buffer layer is ti, 0.15 <= ti/tc <= 0.90 is satisfied.
