<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine with favorable responsiveness, even if an intake pipe is interposed between a cylinder head and a throttle body. <P>SOLUTION: An intake structure of the internal combustion engine includes a throttle body 36 positioned at an upstream side of an intake port 27 formed in a cylinder head 22 and having a throttle valve 40 opened/closed as a valve body 42 is rotated, and an intake pipe 50 provided at an upstream side of the intake port 27 and at a downstream side of the throttle body 36, and is characterized in that when the throttle valve 40 is fully opened, a tip part 39 of the valve body 42 protrudes to a downstream side of an upstream side opening surface 56 of the intake pipe 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
