Computation Method of encrypted data using Homomorphic Encryption and Public Key Encryption and Server using the same

Disclosed is a method for calculating data encrypted by an EIGamal encryption algorithm through a public key, wherein the method comprises the steps of: converting data encrypted by an EIGamal encryption algorithm into a form of data encrypted by a fully homomorphic or homomorphic algorithm; and performing calculation on data encrypted by a fully homomorphic or encryption algorithm.
