A liquid measuring device that displaces excess liquid comprising a measuring receptacle 4 with an aperture 6, a lid 1 and a beaker 7 wherein excess liquid that is poured into the measuring receptacle 4 displaces into the beaker 7 and subsequently becomes trapped, thus allowing only the desired/measured volume of liquid to be released when the device is tipped. The device will preferably have means for varying the distance between the base and aperture to accommodate different desired volumes of liquid. |
