摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately measure an oxygen diffusion coefficient of a porous body even when an oxygen concentration difference between a front space and a back space of the porous body is minute. <P>SOLUTION: A device for measuring oxygen diffusion coefficients includes: oxygen concentration detecting means 2 for detecting an oxygen concentration; oxygen consuming means 3 for consuming oxygen in a porous body 10; and oxygen consumption control means 4 for controlling an oxygen consumption of the oxygen consuming means 3. The oxygen consumption control means 4 controls the oxygen consuming means 3 to satisfy a predetermined oxygen consuming speed, with the porous body 10 disposed in such a manner that one surface thereof faces the oxygen consumption detecting means 2 and the oxygen consuming means 3 and the other surface comes into contact with gas with a predetermined oxygen concentration.
