<p>The device (20a) has an implant (1) brought into a vertebral body and a pedicel rod (2). The implant for mobility of the pedicle rod is provided with a cavity (3). The pedicle rod is arranged in the cavity with respect to the implant for permanent or temporary mobility of the pedicle rod, where the implant is in a sleeve-shaped configuration and the pedicle rod comprises an elastic region. The implant comprises an elastic element that is arranged at a connection region between the implant and the rod. A uniaxial or multi-axis articulation is provided between the implant and the rod. An independent claim is also included for a posterior fixation system comprising a retaining device.</p> |
