<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of high performance electric motor with highly reliable coil insulation while preventing increase of manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of an electric motor according to the present invention, in a coil h-th layer (h: natural number), coil winding starts at a position where a space for a predetermined number of magnet wires is left from the tip of the tooth. In a coil (h+1)-th layer, the coil is wound continuously from the back yoke side toward the tip of the tooth while leaving a space for the predetermined number of magnet wires. Subsequently, the coil winding goes down to the position where the coil is not wound in the h-th layer, and the coil is wound from the back yoke side toward the tip of the tooth. Further, the coil goes up to the coil (h+1)-th layer. In the left space, the coil is wound from the tip of the tooth toward the back yoke side. In a coil (h+2)-th layer, the coil winding starts at the tip side of the tooth, and is wound at a position where a space for several number of magnet wires exceeding the coil interference line where the coils wound on the neighboring teeth interfere with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
