An apparatus and a method to forge different materials are provided to enter and fixate different materials into a tray plate moving on the top of a bottom mold unit, to successively compress and mold different materials, to continuously supply input materials with only the material plate, and to enhance productivity of products, by comprising: a tray plate supply means which supplies a pitch type tray plate to the top of the bottom mold unit from one side to the other side; a punching molding unit placed on one side of the top molding unit and the bottom molding unit which continuously molds a material penetrating a fixating unit on the tray plate; a material plate supply means placed on the front of the press which supplies one pitch of material plate at once to the top of the material penetrating fixating unit; a cutting compressing unit placed on the top molding unit and the bottom molding unit to be on the other side of the punching molding unit which repeatedly cuts the material plate placed into the top of the material penetrating fixating unit, and compresses and fixates the cut materials to the material penetrating fixating unit; a compressing molding unit placed on the top molding unit and the bottom molding unit to be on the other side of the cutting compressing unit which compresses and molds the transferred materials; and an extracting unit placed on the top molding unit and the bottom molding unit to be on the other side of the compressing molding unit which separates and extracts the molded materials. |
