The system for constructing concrete floor on soil consolidated surface in ground level buildings according to the present invention consists of large-area concrete tiles (1) provided with internal cross holes (5) and corner cross holes (6), having the form of a system of three truncated cones (7.1, 7.2, 7.3) following each other. The smaller bases of the three truncated cones (7.1, 7.2, 7.3) are oriented in the direction towards front side of the large-area concrete tile (1). The greatest taper ratio is that of the central truncated cone (7.2). A system of an adjusting bolt (4) provided with longitudinally cut expanding threaded dowel (3) having the form of expanding collets with a terminal lug (9) provided with a terminal outer bearing surface (8) in the expanding portion of the threaded dowel (3). This outer bearing surface (8) taper ratio is identical with that of the central truncated cone (7.2) of the internal cross holes (5) and corner cross holes (6) of the tiles (1). Distribution of the internal cross holes (5) and corner cross holes (6) is given by requirements for laying the large-area concrete tiles (1) in a defined vertical position and requirements for applying cement onto the tiles in order to create a supporting cushion by grout (2).
