In the present invention, disclosed are a thin film transistor array substrate and an organic light emitting display device including the same. The thin film transistor array substrate according to the present invention includes a driving thin film transistor which includes an active layer with a curved part and a gate electrode which is formed on the upper side of the active layer and overlaps the channel region of the active layer, a capacitor which sets the gate electrode of the driving thin film transistor as a first electrode and includes a second electrode which is formed on the upper side of the first electrode and overlaps the first electrode, a driving voltage line which is vertically extended and is separated from the upper side of the capacitor to be connected to the edge of the second electrode of the capacitor, and a first connection wire which is formed on a part of the separated region of the driving voltage line on the upper side of the capacitor and includes a via hole on the upper side thereof. |
