<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carcass ply manufacturing apparatus capable of precisely and stably supplying a carcass ply piece to facilitate the manual sending-out of a carcass ply material. <P>SOLUTION: The carcass ply manufacturing apparatus includes a cutter 11 for cutting a long carcass ply material Cp, a chuck 14 for grasping the carcass ply material Cp to send out the same, a drive roller 2 and a pinch roller 3 both of which send the carcass ply material Cp toward a cutter 11 in connection with the sending-out operation of the chuck 14, an air cylinder 9 for reciprocally moving the chuck 14 in the direction of the cutter 11, a rack gear 4 attached to the air cylinder 9 to reciprocally move in matching relation to the reciprocal movement of the chuck 14, a pinion gear 5 meshed with the rack gear 4, an one-way clutch 12 for rotating the pinion gear 5 in matching relation to the reciprocal movement of the rack gear 4 and a sending-out mechanism equipped with a transmission mechanism for transmitting the rotation of the pinion gear 5 to the drive roller 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
