A PC 3 comprises: an I/O reception unit 28c for receiving input of an encryption key of the default policy of the printer 2; a communication control unit 37a generating a policy including an encryption system of the default policy and the inputted encryption key and performing encryption and decryption in the communication with the printer 2 according to this policy, and a communication unit 33 performing communication of communication packets.</p> |
