<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid transparent aromatic cosmetic mixable with even a perfume containing a flavor component and/or a solvent having a high HLB value, having an easy adjustment method, wherein the acquired cosmetic is excellent in transparency, stability, feeling of use, and maintainability of flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The cosmetic contains dextrin fatty acid ester, a higher alcohol and a perfume.
