A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FERMENTED BEVERAGE USING ARONIA MELANOCARPA

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fermented aronia beverage, and to a fermented aronia beverage manufactured by the same method. The method includes the steps of: a) adding sugar into aronia; b) fermenting the aronia after adding yeast; c) extracting the aronia; and d) filtrating the extracted aronia. According to the present invention, the fermented aronia beverage with functionality of a raw material and excellent taste and flavor can be manufactured.
