An encapsulate comprising a core, a shell having an inner and outer surface, and a coating, said shell encapsulating said core, said coating coating the outer surface of said shell, said coating comprising a cationic polymer comprising hydroxyl ethyl cellulose and an anionic polymer comprising carboxyl methyl cellulose, wherein the ratio of the cationic polymer to the anionic polymer is from about 5:1 to about 1:5 by weight, and wherein the encapsulate comprises, based on total encapsulate weight, from about 1% to about 25% of the coating. |
