<p>The present invention relates to a method for inducing somatic cells to neuronal precursor cells, neurons, oligodendrocytes, astrocytes or dopaminergic neurons by introducing Ascl1 and Nurr1 which are neuron-specific factors to somatic cells with use of retrovirus vectors and treating the same with use of cytokine. According to the present invention, the method is allowed to induce and differentiate various neurons from somatic cells in a high efficient rate and accordingly is used for testing drug effects in cell replacement therapy and a new drug development for treating neuron diseases.</p> |
