<p>The present invention provides a light emitting diode structure which includes a substrate, a plurality of light emitting diode cells which are located on the upper side of the substrate with gaps in n columns and m rows and include first semiconductor layers, active layers, second semiconductor layers, first electrodes and second electrodes, respectively, and a light emitting diode wire which is deposited to serially connect the light emitting diode cell located on each n column among the light emitting diode cells and to electrically connect the light emitting diode cell located on the outermost side among the light emitting diode cells located on the n columns to a pad which is located between the gaps. The serially connected electrodes of the first electrodes and the second electrodes included in the light emitting diode cells are adjacent.</p> |
