摘要 The present invention relates to a lifting/lowering guide roller for lift and manufacturing method for the same. An objective of the present invention is to prevent a thermosetting rubber contact part from detaching from a steel connection part and breaking and also from running without the use of lubricant such as grease used to improve the operating efficiency to avoid environmental pollution resulted from lubricant and at the same time, controlling vibration and noise when a lift goes up/down. A lifting/lowering guide roller for lift in the present invention comprises: a through-hole at the center formed to allow a bond axis fixed to a lift frame to pass through a central part; a hollow shaft designed to insert into the said bond axis; a bearing connected to the circumference of the hollow shaft; and a cover connected to the bond axis to prevent separation of the bearing from the bond axis. According to the present invention, the inner circumferential surface of the bearing is fixed and connected to the outer circumferential surface of the bearing of the lifting/lowering guide roller to enable rotation. Also, the lifting/lowering guide roller for lift in the present invention is equipped with a steel connection part of which surface is treated with a number of shot balls on the outer circumferential surface of the bearing where the inner circumferential surface with a pair of snap ring holes on both ends formed at a certain distance away from each other to fix a pair of snap rings is fixed and assembled to enable rotation and a thermosetting rubber contact part that is fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the steel connection part to stick to a guide rod in an elevator shaft, so that the lift can move up and down along the guide roller.
