The present invention relates to a meat roaster, which comprises a roaster (40) having a pair of first circular plate (10) and second circular plate (20) separated and combined with multiple roast bars (30), wherein diameters (R2) of the first circular plate (10) and the second circular plate (20) are larger than the circular arc diameter (R1) of the connection line of roast bars (30); at least one pair of rotating bars (50, 51) installed in a housing (80) to receive the driving power in the same rotary direction so that the roaster (40) rotates at two positions on the cylindrical surface of the first circular plate (10) and the second circular plate (20) of the roaster (40); a driving power delivery means (60) for delivering the driving power so that the rotating bars (50, 51) rotate in the same rotary direction; and the housing (80) installed to cover the driving power delivery means (60), contacting the rotating bars (50, 51) and accommodating a heating means (70) for heating in the lower space of the rotating bars (50, 51). |
