Provided are a system and a method for processing coffee beans. The system for processing coffee beans according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a fist drying unit for controlling a first moisture content of coffee beans; a spraying unit for straying a husk extract to the coffee beans transferred from the first drying unit; a stirring unit for stirring the coffee beans including the sprayed husk extract; and a second drying unit included in the stirring unit and controlling a second moisture content of the stirred coffee beans. |
