摘要 A data segment of a data packet destined for an egress port of an egress node may be received at a first ingress node. An egress statement vector and an ingress statement vector may be identified at the first ingress node. A determination may be made, based on the egress statement vector and ingress statement vector, whether the first ingress node is authorized to transfer the data segment to the egress port before the other data segments of the data packet are received at the first ingress node. The data segment may be transferred to the egress port before the other data segments of the data packet are received at the first ingress node when the determination indicates the first ingress node is authorized. The data segment may be stored in a buffer of the first ingress node when the determination indicates the first ingress node is not authorized.

A method for transferring data, comprising: receiving, at a first ingress node, a data segment of a data packet destined for an egress port of an egress node; analyzing, at the first ingress node, an egress statement vector, the egress statement vector indicating availability of the egress port is to receive the data segment before other data segments of the data packet are received at the first ingress node; analyzing, at the first ingress node, an ingress statement vector of a second ingress node, the ingress statement vector indicating status of data at the second ingress node pending for the egress port; authorizing, based on the analysis of the egress statement vector and the ingress statement vector, the first ingress node to transfer the data segment to the egress port before the other data segments of the data packet are received at the first ingress node; transferring the data segment to the egress port before the other data segments of the data packet are received at the first ingress node in response to the first ingress node being authorized; and storing the data segment in a buffer of the first ingress node in response to the first ingress node not being authorized.
