Disclosed are an apparatus to remove a back rash of a centerless grinder, and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the disclosed apparatus to remove a back rash of a centerless grinder comprises: a drive shaft rotated by an operation of a servo motor and a speed reduction gear module; a double nut provided inside a housing to perform a straight line motion in accordance with a rotation of the drive shaft; a tip holder connected to the double nut; a dressing tip mounted on a tip end of the tip holder; and a back rash prevention means processed between the housing and the tip holder to apply air pressure to limit a movement of the double nut when the double nut is moved in a straight line. |
