The present invention provides a manipulating system comprising a manipulating apparatus and an electronic apparatus controlled by the manipulating apparatus. The manipulating system comprises: a check means checking which state (being in motion or not), the manipulating apparatus and the electronic apparatus, individually, are placed in; a determination means determining the usage state of the manipulating system based on the states of the manipulating apparatus and the electronic apparatus as determined individually by the check means; and a control means which controls the manipulating system to be operated by low power operation whose power consumption is less than typical operations to be provided for manipulating the electric apparatus by the manipulating apparatus, in case that the usage state of the manipulating system is determined to be placed in a predetermined state by the determination means. |
