<p>The present invention relates to a control method for setting a teaching value of a machine tool, enabling a teaching to be automatically performed about a tool wherein a teaching is not finished, thereby enabling tool damage detection operation to be properly performed to prevent a safety accident, and enabling a user to easily distinguish a tool wherein a teaching value is set from a tool wherein a teaching value is not set to improve the ease of operation. The control method for setting a teaching value of a machine tool comprises steps of: storing an offset initial value when the operation begins; and determining whether a user wants to choose a subject tool.</p> |
