Disclosed is a ballast water treating system for fresh water using ozone microbubble and bromine, wherein the ballast water treating system comprises a main ballast water receiving line for receiving ballast water and providing a pathway enabling the ballast water to move to a ballast tank; an ozone microbubble generating device for receiving water and ozone gas so as to generate ozone bubbles made into an ultramicro scale in the main ballast water receiving line; and a bromine pump for supplying bromine to the water fed to the ozone microbubble generating device. In the ozone microbubble generating device, at least a part of the ozone gas is sprayed into the main ballast water receiving line while being dissolved in the water including bromine-called ozone gas dissolved water, so that ozone microbubbles are generated. |
