There is provided a touch controller, a display device and an electronic device including the touch controller, and a touch sensing method. According to an embodiment, a touch controller of a touch sensing apparatus includes a first detection unit and a second detection unit. The first detection unit detects electrical changes in a touch sensor as a plurality of candidate location data for an area where two or more proximity touches are generated in a first mode when a touch corresponds to the proximity touch generated when a touch means is vertically spaced apart from a touchscreen panel on the space. The second detection unit detects electrical changes in the area of the touch sensor corresponding to the candidate location data in a second mode different from the first mode, and selects the touch location data for the two or more proximity touches among the candidate location data. |
