<p>In the present invention, disclosed are a device and a method for efficiently culturing microalgae and accumulating and extracting lipid quickly where the device of the present invention is allowed to monitor the culture and growth of cells in a microfluid; accumulates lipid in cells by exchanging culture medium solution; and smoothly extracts lipid and crushes cells by an organic solvent in an efficient manner without a process of collecting cells of a common method, thereby being used for efficiently analyzing growth of unicellular organisms and the content of lipid and screening strains which produce lipid a lot.</p> |
