This invention provides a control valve of a cryogenic high pressure gas comprising: a control valve body (10) with a gas inlet (12) and a gas outlet (16) on both side, respectively; a bonnet (20) formed on the valve body (10); a cage (30) which is mounted on a middle flow path (14) of the valve body (10) by having a gas inflow hole (32) connected with the gas inlet (12) of the valve body (10) on one side and a gas outflow holes (36) connected with the gas outlet (16) of the valve body (10) on the other side; a plug (40) inserted into the cage (30), and having an open-and-shut end (42) with a certain length on the bottom, a plurality of first vertical penetration holes (44) with a certain distance between the holes, and a stepped groove (46) in circular form on the corners of the upper part; a pressure panel (50) fixed on top of the plug (40) and having a sloped panel (52) on the corners of the upper part and a plurality of second vertical penetration holes (54) connected with the first vertical penetration holes (44) in the plugs (40); a stem (60) located in the center axis of the bonnet (20) and whose one extended end is fixed on the center axis of the plug (40); and a sealing material (70) which has a cross-section in a reverse U shape and is inserted into the stepped groove (46) of the plug (40).
